## About the Role

We’re looking for a creative individual who can design stunning visuals AND handle complete SEO optimization. You’ll be responsible for making our websites look professional while ensuring they rank well on Google through comprehensive SEO strategies.

## Key Responsibilities

### Design (50%)

– Create website banners, hero images, and graphics

– Design social media posts and infographics

– Develop visual content for email campaigns

– Maintain brand consistency across all materials

### SEO & Analytics (50%)

– **On-Page SEO**: Keyword research, title tags, meta descriptions, header optimization, content optimization

– **Off-Page SEO**: Link building, local citations, directory submissions

– **Technical SEO**: XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, Core Web Vitals

– **Image SEO**: Compression, alt text, file naming, lazy loading

– **Analytics**: Set up UTM tracking, monitor Google Analytics & Search Console

– **Reporting**: Monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights

## Required Skills

### Must Have

– Proficiency in Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop

– Proven SEO experience with measurable results

– Understanding of keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest)

– Experience with on-page and off-page SEO strategies

– Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and UTM tracking

– Portfolio showing both design work AND SEO improvements

– Good English communication skills
